Shanghai Delphi Automotive Air Conditioning Systems Co. Ltd.(SDAAC)is a joint venture between Shanghai Automobile Air Conditioning Factory (SAAC) and Delphi Automotive Systems and is largest Automotive A/C system manufacturer in China. The joint venture was established in early 1998, both SAAC and Delphi have longstanding reputations as suppliers of quality automobile components. 　
　　SDAAC has 920 employees and the capability to produce 500,000 A/C units annually.
　　It presently supplies a number of products to such OEMs as Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai General Motors, Beijing Jeep-Chrysler, Wuhan Citroen, Chongqing Isuzu, Changhe Suzuki and Shenyang Jinbei. Products include HVAC systems, Tube and Fin, Serpentine and Parallel-flow Condensers, Evaporators, Heaters and other heat exchange products. 　　
　　SDAAC has a number of skilled and experienced engineers. In addition, SDAAC has a technology assistance program with Delphi allowing Delphi's quality, product and manufacturing engineers to work together with SDAAC's staff on a continuous basis. 　
　　SDAAC has its own Research & Development Center which is the sole one in this industry named by the State Government and equipped with Environmental Simulation Chambers, CAD work- stations, Stereo-Lithography Rapid Prototyping Equipment and Internal Corrosion Tester, and etc. 　
　　SDAAC has ISO 9001, QS 9000 and VDA6.1 certification by Germany's TUV Rheinland. Quality and customer satisfaction is of the highest priority.
